Valley Grove Cab 3-Bottle Collection

Just in time for Valentine's Day, we are thrilled to release this labor of our love. Aged in bottle for nearly three years, this very small production, 100% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of the unique terroir of our farm, nestled amid the rolling hills just north of downtown Walla Walla. The nose greets you with enticingly savory notes of herbs, shitake mushroom and black current. Medium bodied and remarkably balanced on the palate, red and black fruits mingle with an herbal backbone. The finish is mouthcoating and lingering, with great acidity and lower alcohol (13%)... making this at once cellar worthy, consummately sippable and a true foodie's delight.
