1. If your wine may encounter wine-damaging heat or cold along the shipping route, we will hold your wine until temperatures moderate. To avoid a hold, select Next Day service.
2. By law, UPS must leave alcohol with someone 21 or older, so please use a shipping address where an adult will be present. Often, a business address or a local UPS Store works well - but be sure to check with them first.
