Important Details & Terms Of Use

As a small family winery, we do our absolute best to help every one of our customers to have a great experience with our website and online store, just as we do in our tasting rooms. Please review these important details to learn more about how we work toward that goal. 


We will never share, sell or rent personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending emails based on your request for information.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and delivered on regular business days, Monday-Friday. Most orders are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days, with the occasional exceptions due to weather conditions. Armstrong Family Winery shares shipping costs with customers by offering discounted, flat-rate pricing wherever in the contiguous U.S. that we ship. In the event that a shipment must be received more quickly, please select a faster shipping option and email to notify us of the timeline. Customers requesting UPS shipping service other than UPS Ground will be charged for the actual shipping cost.

Shipping times depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Armstrong Family Winery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a business address where an adult is always on site, if possible.

In the case that a shipment is returned either because you have moved, provided an incorrect address or because there was no adult present to sign for the delivery, Armstrong Family Winery is not and cannot be responsible for additional shipping expenses. We will gladly hold your returned shipment at one of our tasting rooms where you can pick it up or we're also happy to provide a quote from the carrier for the additional and actual shipping expenses to attempt redelivery.  

Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is affected by this type of law, we will contact you.


Extreme temperatures can damage wine, so in the event of extreme hot or cold weather, we hold shipments until the temperatures moderate. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.


Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.


We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 425-487-8000 for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
