2020 Hidden Windows - 93/Editor's Choice, Wine Enthusiast
"After 20 months in French oak, 60% new and 40% neutral, this mix of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Merlot is eager to please. Smoked blueberry and cigar-box aromas are tempered by a sweet touch of marshmallow. The wine's black-cherry, dark-chocolate and chai tea spice flavors are supported by black-tea-like tannins." — Michael Alberty - $50*

2023 Nana Jeanne Rose of Cabernet Franc
Just like the Nana Jeanne Rose's you've come to love, the 2023 is a light, crisp, dry Rosé of Cabernet Franc, grown at Seven Hills Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. Tim makes this wine in the tradition of the Rosés of the Loire Valley in France - light, dry, great acidity, low alcohol, and beautiful aromatics. This wine is delicate, yet flavorful and will be a lovely pairing with a wide range of summer menus - from grilled chicken to seafood and salads... or nothing at all. Who is Nana Jeanne? Tim's Mom! - $28*

2023 Wild Angels Chardonnay
Like the 2022 vintage, this 100% Chardonnay is decidedly Burgundian in style. Picked in early September for good acidity and whole cluster pressed, the wine was ermented and aged for 7 months in 26% new French oak, 39% neutral oak, and 35% stainless steel. The result is a flavorful and aromatic chardonnay with a round, satisfying mouthfeel - but still light and refreshing. Enjoy this wine with all kinds of summer favorites, from fried chicken to grilled fish, to a sunny day on the lake. - $35*

2021 Four Birds - 92, Owen Bargreen
"The outstanding ‘Four Birds is mainly Merlot-based (76%). [blended with 15% Cabernet Franc and 9% Petit Verdot] It is plush and soft on the mouth with layers of chocolate, sagebrush and allspice dusted black currents, with loamy soil character. Delightful now, this should live on for another decade. Drink 2024-2032." - Owen Bargreen - $36*
